Problem and Opportunity - 15 points
Is the problem clear? Is the user well-defined? Is the problem relevant? Does the solution make sense for that problem? -
Solution Quality - 20 points
Does the solution solve the problem? Is the product flow well-thought-out? Does the AI/agent provide real value? Does it avoid unnecessary complexity? -
Technical Implementation - 20 points
Does it use the track's stack effectively? Is there real integration with AI, APIs, MCPs, workflows, or ChatSDK? Does the code seem maintainable? Does it handle basic errors? -
Functional Demo - 15 points
Does the demo work end-to-end? Is it deployed or testable? Is it clear what is functional and what is mocked? -
UX / User Experience - 10 points
Is it easy to understand what it does? Is it easy to use? Does the interface complement the use case well? -
Innovation - 10 points
Does it have an original angle? Does it use agents or AI in an interesting way? Does it differentiate itself from obvious solutions? -
Future Potential - 5 points
Could it become a product, internal tool, startup, or open source project? Does the team know what the next steps would be? -
Presentation - 5 points
Did they explain clearly? Did they manage their time well? Did they answer the judges' questions effectively?
